FEES
The fee per night is made up of:
- base-price for each cabin and its first occupant, see (link to price list)
- 350sek for each additional adult
- 200sek for each adolescent younger than 17
- Free for any child younger than 12
CHECK-IN
Normal check-in time is between 16h00 and 22h00, but we always try to be responsive to special requirements by guests. Most of the time, you will be welcomed and showed into your cabin personally. Should you plan to arrive after 22:00, please let us know by telephone, SMS or email, and we will arrange for you to find the key and let yourself into the cabin.
MEALS
It is possible to order breakfast (150sek/person) or dinner (200sek/person) which will be served in your cottage at the time of your choice. Each cottage has its own kitchen (although not Évika 1) and you are also welcome to prepare your own food. In that case, you should consider buying your groceries on the way here, since the closest store is 12km away.
OPTIONALS
Additionally to meals, optionals include sauna, jacuzzi, hire of boats, bicycles. You may book when you book your room or once you are here.
THE OWNER
Mario, the owner, lives on the property in the main villa. He is therefore personally available to help most of the time and you may find it helpful that he speaks fluent English, Swedish, French, Italian and Norwegian.
HOUSE RULES
As per Swedish tradition: no shoes indoors. Strictly no smoking indoors. Pets are allowed against a one-off fee of 150sek per stay but should be under the control of the owner at all times.

Expect a 25min journey. Take motorway 27/40. >> After 11m take exit 76-Björrodsmotet. >> Head South, drive through the village of Björröd and continue towards Eskilsby. >> After 6.5m you will be arriving at a T-junction: turn right towards Lindome. >> You are now on Östra Eskilsbyvägen. >> After 0.6m, you will see a road-sign for Évika. >> Take the access road (bordered by lights at nightime). >> At the Y-junction keep to the left, then park in one of the four spots of our parking.

By car: only 16min car journey from Gothenburg-Landvetter airport on low traffic road. 28 min from the centre of Gothenburg, Sweden’s second largest city.
Public transport: 1km from nearest bus-stop Taxi or shuttle to airport: can be arranged upon request.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have free access to the gardens, jetty and natural beach on the side of th lake, many walking paths in the woods that start less than 100m away. During the winter, it is also possible to walk on the frozen lake. Children can play in the large garden with includes a trampoline, a giant swing, a badminton field, climbing areas, bicycles, as well as a choice of indoor and outdoor games.
